Event Management Company
Corporate events, product launches, dealer meets, conferences, award nights and concerts — produced end to end, with the technical build, staffing and approvals owned by one team.
How events differ
An event has no second attempt
Every other format on this site can be corrected while it runs. A canopy that underperforms gets moved; a route that misses its audience gets re-sequenced; a promoter who cannot pitch gets retrained on Tuesday. An event does not work that way. It happens once, at a fixed time, in front of invited people, and whatever is wrong at that moment stays wrong.
That single fact drives everything about how events are planned here. Rehearsal is scheduled first and the build works backwards from it, rather than rehearsal absorbing whatever time the build leaves over. Power on the show-critical path carries redundancy. The run-of-show is a written cue sheet operated by the crew that rehearsed it, not a plan held in one person's head. And the dismantle window is agreed with the venue in writing, because an overstay charge is the most avoidable line in any event budget.
A build that ran late and ate the rehearsal. Almost every technical fault visible to an audience traces back to that one scheduling decision.

Scope
What production actually covers
| Element | What it decides |
|---|---|
| Stage, truss and rigging | Specified against the venue's roof and floor load rating, not against a drawing |
| LED and projection | Chosen by pixel pitch and viewing distance — the furthest seat sets the minimum |
| Lighting | Plotted to a plan with a programmed cue list, rather than operated by feel on the night |
| Sound | Sized to room volume and head count, with delay towers where the room is long |
| Power | Load calculated, with redundancy on anything the show cannot continue without |
| Show calling | A written cue sheet, run by the crew that rehearsed it |
- Structural load certification for stage, truss and rigging at the venue
- Fire-safety clearance and extinguisher placement for the build
- Electrical load approval and earthing checks before power-up
- Public-performance licensing where recorded or live music is played
- Venue insurance and crew safety gear for work at height
Investment
What an event costs
Event budgets are driven by venue, production scale and head count rather than by duration — a one-night award show with a large rig costs more than a three-day conference with a modest one. The split below is the same planning band used across the site, and production sits inside the fabrication and materials line.
| Cost head | What it covers | Share of budget |
|---|---|---|
| Manpower | Promoters, supervisors, anchors, training and attendance tracking | 25%–40% |
| Fabrication & materials | Kiosk or stall build, branding, POSM, consumables | 20%–35% |
| Venue & permissions | Space rental, society or mall fees, municipal and police NOCs | 15%–30% |
| Logistics | Transport, storage, setup and dismantling | 8%–15% |
| Reporting & tech | Live dashboard, data capture, geo-tagged photo proof | 3%–8% |
